Horfield Primary School

Horfield CE Primary School at Bishop Manor Road, Westbury-on-Trym, was the first primary in Bristol to be completed under the City Council’s Primary Review Framework.

The £2.3 million project has provided new facilities and additional space, including four new classrooms to replace temporary units, a new ICT suite, new library, workrooms for use by small groups of pupils and improved staff facilities.

The project also included refurbishing the existing building dating from the 1950s, as well as providing shelter for parents waiting to collect their children and landscaping of the school grounds.
