In the Sunday Times Best Green Companies 2010 awards, Skanska won the award for the 'best bigger
company with high environmental impact'.
The competition takes account not only of the overall achievement of green targets and corporate strategies but also the views of employees.

Bristol Brunel Academy architect, Wilkinson Eyre, won a 2008 Royal institute of British Architects (RIBA) award for their work on the academy.
Brislington Enterprise College won the award for the best school team in the 2008 ‘Excellence in Building Schools for the Future’ awards. It was also high commended in the award for best design in a new school.
